The purpose of this foundation is to protect and defend the legal and constitutional rights of all citizens, and to advocate for fairness, accountability, and equal access within the American justice system.
We recognize that elements of the current judicial system are failing to serve all people equally. In particular, many victims of crimes and civil injustices face barriers such as:
- Denial of access to the courts
- Lack of jury trials or fair hearings
- Unequal treatment under the law
- Misconduct in the form of corporate fraud, title fraud, securities fraud, and misrepresentation
At the same time, disparities in legal representation and access to justice raise serious concerns about balance and fairness within the system.
Our Commitment to Restorative Justice
We advocate for restorative justice, a process that seeks to repair harm and restore fairness by bringing together:
- The person who was harmed
- The person responsible for the harm
- Members of the community (when appropriate)
Through this process, participants work to:
- Discuss what happened openly and honestly
- Understand the full impact of the harm
- Accept responsibility
- Develop meaningful solutions to make things right
Our Mission
Our mission is to:
- Promote accountability at all levels, including individuals and institutions
- Ensure equal access to justice, regardless of status or resources
- Support victims in being heard, respected, and restored
- Advocate for reforms that uphold the Constitution and the rule of law
