This foundation — formed under the grace of God — is an organization led by individuals who assert that they have experienced serious failures in the legal and judicial systems, including concerns related to due process, access to fair hearings, and the protection of constitutional rights.
We stand united in calling for accountability, transparency, and adherence to the rule of law. We advocate for the rights of all citizens to receive fair and impartial treatment within the justice system, including the right to be heard, to present evidence, and to have matters decided in accordance with established legal principles.
Through education, advocacy, and lawful action, we seek to expose systemic weaknesses, promote meaningful reform, and ensure that the protections guaranteed by the Constitution are preserved for all.
We, the People, remain committed to restoring integrity within our institutions and safeguarding the rights and liberties of every citizen.

(1) George Edward McDermott, as the founder and creator of the Concerned Citizens for Restorative Justice Foundation, brings over 32 years of experience as a victims’ rights advocate in the U.S. Having witnessed systemic failures in the legal and court systems, he has dedicated his life to promoting accountability, transparency, and adherence to constitutional law. George empowers citizens through education, legislative advocacy, and direct support, striving to restore equal justice under the law.
